interior design service stages
To book our services, simply send us an email at info@brassonwhite.co.uk with details about your project and the desired package. We will then get back to you accordingly.
Please take note that we have a consultation fee of £50 for a one-hour session.
After the consultation, if you decide to proceed with our services, we will ask for a deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit will be subtracted from the final amount you owe. Additionally, we will send you an invoice and a service agreement letter to move forward to the next phase of the design process.
Kindly be informed that prior to advancing to the subsequent Design phase, we kindly request the payment for the completed Design phase. The total payment is typically divided into the number of stages included in your package.
Design Phase 1

Initial Consultation and Relationship Establishment: During this stage, we meet with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements, preferences, and budget. The scope of the project is discussed, relevant information is collected, and a strong working relationship is established.

Concept Development and Collaboration: Based on the client's input, our design team creates initial design concepts. This involves the development of mood boards, sketches, or 3D visualizations to present an overall vision for the space. The client actively provides feedback and collaborates with the designers to refine and enhance the concept.

Design Phase 2

Design Development and Material Selection: Once the concept is approved, we progress to detailed design development. Space planning, Floor plans, elevations, and renderings are created to provide a comprehensive vision of the space. Specific materials, finishes, colors, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the concept are carefully selected.

Documentation and Procurement Support: In this stage, we prepare meticulous documentation, including technical drawings and specifications, to guide the construction or implementation process. Our design team also assists the client in procuring the necessary materials, furniture, and accessories, ensuring a smooth and efficient procurement experience.

Construction and Installation Management: We coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals, if required, to ensure the flawless execution of the design. We oversee the construction process, manage the installation of furnishings and fixtures, and promptly address any issues or challenges that may arise.
Design Phase 3

Styling and Finishing Touches: Once the construction phase is completed, we focus on styling the space and adding the final touches. This involves skilfully arranging furniture, selecting and placing decorative items, and creating a harmonious and visually captivating ambiance.

Final Presentation, Walkthrough, and Handover: At this stage, we present the finished project to the client, showcasing the successful implementation of the design vision. A comprehensive walkthrough of the space is conducted, addressing any last-minute adjustments to ensure the client's utmost satisfaction. All necessary documentation and warranties are provided during the handover process, ensuring a seamless transition and complete client satisfaction.
