Digital prints

Unfortunately, as our digital prints are downloadable files, we do not accept returns. 

If you happen to experience any issues with accessing your digital file please get in touch with us so we can sort this out for you.

Furniture, canvases and décor pieces

We only accept returns and offer refunds under specific circumstances.

For your refund or return request to be reviewed, you must send us a photo of the product along with the reason the return/refund is being requested. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase which can be forwarded to us through email.

To request a refund, you can contact us at customersupport@brassonwhite.co.uk. Once our team reviews your request, a decision will be made and our team will try to resolve the issue the best they can.


Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We do not accept exhanges.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
